What is cupping therapy?

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique used to improve pain and detoxify the body. It uses suction to decompress the layers of skin, myofascial tissue, and muscles to promote healing in injured areas and decrease muscle tightness. Cupping also detoxifies the body by removing excess fluids and toxins, resulting in red circular marks.
