Welcome to Beloved Yoga + Wellness!
If you're new to Yoga and/or Beloved, here are the essential things to know and FAQs
-
Our address is 11109 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, Virginia. We are close to the Reston post office, but are on the opposite side of the street. We are in a two-story brick building at the back of the parking lot, shared with a tall, black glass building closer to the entrance. You will drive around to the back of the brick building to see our sign and the door.
-
Free parking is available around the building. If the “Reserved for Beloved” spots are full, you are welcome to park in any other spot.
-
We have cubbies for your coats, and your shoes can be placed under the bench below the cubbies. Please take your personal items and valuables into the practice room with you. Beloved Yoga is not responsible for items left unattended.
-
Please avoid eating a heavy meal 2 hours before class.
-
Yes, please bring your water bottle with you. We have water and tea in the lounge.

Please bring your yoga mat. If you don’t have one, we have mats and props that you can borrow.
-
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. (Should we mention no shoes in the studios?)
-
To attend a class, you will need to create an account on our website. Set aside a few minutes to complete the online form and sign the waiver. Once you have an account, you can purchase a pass and register for a class.
-
You may be able to use your HSA/FSA for reimbursement.
-
Our front desk staff will get you oriented to our space and point you to the class. We have cubbies for your coats and personal items, and your shoes can be placed under the bench below the cubbies.
-
Please refrain from wearing perfume. We are a fragrance-free space. We do not use essential oils in our space and ask our teachers and practitioners not to use any chemicals or fragrances when attending classes.
-
As a trauma-informed yoga studio, we do not provide hands-on assists and always offer choices regarding the practice.
-
We are proud to share that the Beloved Sanctuary meets Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and is ADA-compliant. If you need a caregiver to attend the class with you for your safety and support, we offer the class to your caregiver at no additional charge. We honor Virginia state law regarding the rights of persons with disabilities in public places and places of public accommodation and ensure our practitioners' access to guide dogs, hearing dogs and service dogs. As per Virginia state law, service dogs are trained to do work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability. Virginia's laws do not include service dogs for emotional support. Please call ahead of time and notify us that you will be attending with your guide, hearing, or service dog.
