According to Ayurveda, the answer to these questions will depend on your own unique constitution, and these cookie-cutter approaches may not be appropriate for you. Instead, Ayurveda looks at digestion as the cornerstone of long-term health. The practices around diet and nutrition consist of a holistic, gentle, and ritualistic way of approaching the way we eat.
We will explore how to properly nourish our body and mind while setting new patterns around food and digestion for sustainable long-term health. This workshop is interactive and we will be cooking a seasonal dish together according to the 6 rasas (or tastes)! Recipes and shopping list will be provided prior to the class.
