Your Daily Breath for the Life You Want To Live
Saturdays, (April 25, May 2 & 9) from 3:30-4:30 pm
Together, we will explore the power of our breath to still the chatter in our minds that keeps us from the ultimate goal of yoga - to live calmly amidst the highs and lows of being human.
These sessions require no previous yoga experience though current practitioners may find as yet undiscovered benefit. These sessions can be practiced seated in a chair or on the floor. Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement in the torso. Each session will start with some gentle movements to open the torso, creating space to allow the breath to flow freely. Each session will include several Q&A opportunities as well.
