Research shows that as we age our brains continue to form new brain cells and that through neuroplasticity our brains can be rewired.  A recent study conducted by the Mayo Clinic looked at habits to strengthen the mind and found that yoga boosts brain power and that having a weekly routine of yoga and meditation may strengthen thinking skills and help stave off age-related mental decline.
