Yin & Relaxation
Yin & Relaxation allows students to gently open the body with a nourishing Yin practice followed by a practice of deep relaxation. The stillness of Yin Yoga offers students the opportunity to linger in each pose to quiet the mind and find a deeper connection with their body. Each pose is like a mini meditation providing the space to find an inner equilibrium. Students are guided into a blissful state of complete relaxation. This practice is beneficial to all levels and bodies.
