Holiday Chair Yoga
Holiday Chair Yoga (All Ages Welcome) with Heather Hagaman
Wednesdays, December 2, 9, 16 @ 1:30 p.m.
This special chair yoga series will teach you safe movement using the chair and other props in a caring environment. This 60-minute series is appropriate for those who have trouble getting to the floor due to limited mobility or injuries. The chair replaces the mat and becomes an extension of your body which allows you to take advantage of yoga and it’s amazing health potential. We will also be using blocks, blankets and the wall. Classes are gentle and jingle bell fun!
