Start planning now to join us on a magical journey to the Sacred Valley and the Northern Beaches of Peru. With options for eight and twelve day itineraries, your days will be filled with adventure, karma yoga, majestic landscapes, and community. Climb Machu Pichu, canoe through mangroves, go on a whale watching excursion, and explore folkloric art all while practicing daily yoga and synergy and nurturing your body with local, traditional food.

Francisco, our guide and synergy instructor has arranged accommodations at "Casa Colibri" (The Hummingbird House) and "Playa Palmeras," two hotels with reputations for eco-friendly luxury and gracious service. Surrounded by unforgettable butterfly and hummingbird gardens, Casa Colibri is our base for exploring the sacred valley and Machu Pichu.

Playa Palmeras is nestled on the beach and is visited daily by sea lions and dolphins.

We all understand the importance of taking time to reflect, and the unparalleled beauty and mystery of Peru provides the ideal backdrop for introspection and growth in your yoga practice. You will return home from this magical journey with inspiration and added clarity along with memories for a lifetime.

Everyday of our retreat we will have at least one if not two yoga practices offered.

Vinyasa yoga is the practice of breath with movement. Each participant is encouraged to go only as deep and as far their breath allows them. All levels will be addressed with the focus on making this a personal practice that is meaningful to each individual. Finding the rhythm and flow within our practice is a beautiful process that brings us back in touch with our body, breath, and spirit.

Synergy Yoga is a healing art that incorporates Thai massage, flying and partner stretching, inspiring trust, playfulness, and unity. The practice of Synergy evokes compassion and the support of community.

Domestic Flight Needed LIMA to CUSCO
Fly to Cusco: Arrive at hotel, Optional tour of Cusco
Day 4, Mon, Jan 17
Sacred Valley - Bus to Urubamba from Cusco- Visit Saksaywama
Day 5, Tues, Jan 18
Sacred Valley - Visit Umasbamba School, karma yoga
Day 6, Wed, Jan 1
Early Train to Machu Picchu
Day 7, Thurs, Jan 2
Final day in Sacred Valley - Open Day- shopping to Pisac, baths at Wilka Tika, Tour the town.
Day 8, Fri, Jan 21
Return to Cusco for:
DOMESTIC FLIGHT back to LIMA (returning to the US)
or
DOMESTIC FLIGHT to TUMBES (continuing to the beach)
Day 9, Sat, Jan 2
Excursion boat tour to see the sea life in the region- last journey we swam next to humpback whales, saw dolphins, sea turtles and orcas.
Day 10, Sun, Jan 2
Tour of the Cerros de Amopate and Tumbes Mangrove National Santuary
Day 11 – Mon, Jan 24
Open Day: Beach Day…optional surf lessons, horseback riding lessons, good chill day
Day 12- Tues, Jan 25
DOMESTIC FLIGHT to LIMA
Return to Tumbes Airport and to Lima Airport

Cancellation policy
Cancellations after December 14th will be refunded only 50% of the trip cost.
