Andres has practiced Polarity Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy since 1990. Her training includes Reflexology, Reiki, Hawaiian Kahuna healing, Bio-energy & Vibrational healing, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy and other healing forms.
She draws from this knowledge as well as a life-long interest in movement and music as tools for creative healing. Her special interest in children developed early when she practiced dance therapy and became a reading specialist for special children. Today, she finds craniosacral therapy quite effective in helping special children. She also specializes in treating TMJ, stress, immune and structural issues for all ages with craniosacral therapy. In addition she offers a unique energetic cranial treatment for allergies with excellent results.
Sessions are individualized, intuitively combining craniosacral with other modalities when needed to achieve the highest level of healing for each client.
She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and teaches classes in Polarity, Craniosacral, Sound and Energy Healing. She has studied with The Upledger Institute, Franklin Sills, John Beaulieu, Charlie Rose, Tom Milleren and many others.
Craniosacral Therapy
This gentle non-invasive hands-on healing form improves brain, spinal cord, and immune functioning. It empowers the body's innate healing ability and resistance to disease, improves structural alignment and integrates the nervous system – unwinding patterns of stress and trauma.
Polarity Therapy
Polarity incorporates universal principles of energy flow from several healing traditions including reflexology, massage, acupressure and ayurvedic medicine. It is a brilliant system of gentle bodywork designed to remove energy blocks, restore higher levels of energy flow, body awareness and sense of well-being.
Raindrop Therapy
Raindrop sessions combine pure essential oils with massage to cleanse and bring the body into structural and electrical alignment. Muscular spasm and inflammation is also greatly reduced. Gentle application of oils along the spine and neck is followed by a warm hot compress to the entire back resulting in deep relaxation and healing.
Energy Healing
'Reiki' and 'Kahuna' universal healing energy is channeled from my hands to your body and energy field. Your inner healer then directs this energy to the areas of most need whether they are physical, emotional or spiritual. The benefits are quite powerful.
Exodus Healing - Body/Soul Attunement
This special healing system combines angelic and galactic energies. An Exodus session reunites the Akashic record (spirit) with cellular memory (body), combining them in perfect balance and health.
